Apartments: All rental apartments are one bedroom and are subsidized housing rentals through the Housing for Urban Development (HUD), a project-based Section 8 subsidy.  Your rent is approximately 30% of your gross income.

Availability/Waiting List Length: Over a year at this time.  You must fill out a application and returned to us to be placed on our Wait List.  If you live outside of Puyallup and cannot pick up an application at our office, an application can be mailed to you.  Just contact us for one.
